Get the Funk

This is the wonderfully named Funk bakery shop in St Vith. We were given a tour of the commercial bakery just up the road where the bread is made.

At Banette, where I trained, we were taught about merchandising the bread. This is a great example, a rounded loaf next to a rectangular one and so on.
