Iced coffees and guns

Today we enjoyed a tourist show at The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art (Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre) to see the dancing stallions. The Baroque style school dominates the grounds.

Then long lunch in Sanlucar de Barrameda with white prawns from Huelva province as well as local langoustines and shark!

Then a 90 minute cruise up and down the river Guadalquivir.

A powerful and agile Civil Guard vessel came up alongside and boarded us. I thought the armed macho military police (positioned here in the river delta to catch drug runners from Africa) might be looking for one of the guests - but no they just wanted iced coffees from the bar!!
