Practise Run

Made a batch of cupcakes today to practise using my new piping bag and nozzle, before I have to make loads of cakes for Monday's street party.

Have to say it went quite well considering I was a piping bag virgin before today!... no frosting oozing out of the wrong bits which I did think might happen! And I'm quite pleased with the results... hopefully they're be a bit neater and higher on Monday... and of course the frosting colours will be completely patriotic!
