Gerbera up close

I bought some extension tubes last weekend and haven't had time to play with them until today.
I have been practising with combinations of tubes and depth of field - may take me a while to get to grips with it but it's fun trying.
I have used them with a 50mm prime lens but maybe someone can tell me which lens is best to use with them
