Body Balance

Yesterday I had my first workout at the gym in "Body Balance".
I was everything, but not body balanced during that hour....found my balance again later in the sauna...

Birdy looks much more elegant - no doubt -  but reminded me of yesterday (so did my muscles on my after-work-walk).
