British service

We've been ordering all sorts of stuff in the hope of getting it delivered in time for us to drive it back to France on Sunday. Deliveries can be a bit hit and miss in France and are often eye-wateringly expensive. Here in the wilds of Kent everything has turned up within 48 hours, on time, with free delivery, having negotiated a poorly-signposted, one-track lane. One delivery offered a time slot between 12.38 and 13.38. He turned up at 12.42.

Very, very impressive. We doff our hats to each and every one of you delivery men and women. Well done Britain and thankyou.
