A win!

Today U3A bowling began for the season. We're not in a league and just play for fun on the bowling green in the park. I've just bought some new (to me) bowls because the ones that the park lend a bit too heavy for me.

I'm not very good at the game but it's an enjoyable morning - good company and we always have a laugh. I tried out the new bowls today and just had to blip the unaccustomed sight of my bowl snuggled up next to the jack. It probably won't happen again so I thought that I'd record it for posterity!
