The end of the beginning

The bothy is weather tight, more or less. We've decided to make the roof space accessible, so I used some double skinned, clear plastic sheeting that I had "in stock" to let some light in.

There's insulation in the ceiling, kindly donated by over-the-hill Bill. It's not the nice, green stuff I usually use, but it was free and going to waste, so I don't feel too bad about it. We'll need to get some flooring down before the space is usable. And about a million other things.
