Basket of flowers

Yesterday, after lunch, Justin and I popped into the flower shop. I couldn't resist this pretty basket of flowers.

We still have patches of ice in the yard, but I expect that it will be gone very soon and that we will start seeing more flowers outdoors in the next few weeks. The May long weekend is typically when the risk of frost has passed and annuals can be planted. Somehow I don't think I will be able to wait that long this year. :)
