A little bit Jules Verne
Not a rocket to the moon but an air puffer that I had hoped would solve my sensor dust problem. It didn't, though some dust spots have gone - many more remain.
I now have a gel stick on its way to me and I hope that does the trick.
Walked down to the village again last night for post-DIY supper and a beer. Bumped into Turts99, had a chat, then left him to his partner and their supper and went for a walk along the pier with my camera. I was underwhelmed by my shots and I have to confess that today I didn't even feel like picking up the camera at all. However, motivated by my very recent 50 in a row award, I needed to fill the hole.
I have been playing with instant lightboxing - with white tissue taped to the window. It went quite well yesterday but today's attempt to add fill flash failed miserably. I simply don't "get" flash photography. Further learning required! I probably need the "Dummies" version of the learning materials. It is times like this when I really wish that I had access to a camera club and some knowledgeable enthusiasts for me to learn from. I feel very cut off here at times.
Mustn't whinge. Blame the virus, which today has settled into post-viral chest infection. I have been out to buy Benylin but that is the sum total of today's exertion.
