Happy and Smiling

The dog is happy with his day. He does have difficulty smiling but he is happy.

The youngest daughter is happy and smiling because she's had a decent haircut. But her smile is facing the other way.

The youngest son is happy because he's off to watch Arsenal in the semi final at Wembley with his daddy. He has been smiling ever since he was told yesterday that he was going. The smile has faded because he is impatient to go.

I presume then that Elbows is happy because he's got a break from work and is watching his beloved football with one of his lovely sons. He'll be smiling whatever.

The oldest son is happy because he is also there at the match courtesy of a friend. He'll be smiling if they win.

The middle lot are happy and smiling because they have friends over and we had noodles for supper.

Phew.
