a sea of cake

We celebrated Carrot's forthcoming wedding with cake as far as the eye could see. Nice to see the girls and especially to wish Carrot well - she is officially my oldest friend as our Mums were in hospital together before we were born (just a few days apart). We met again as teenagers and have been firm friends since.

The Mums will surely have been raising a heavenly glass to Carrot today, she's well worth a toast.
