On reflection

I took this for the 12 by 12 Challenge #2 on Flickr. The brief was: Find a place where you live where history made its mark. Allow yourself to breathe, feel, contemplate and react with a photograph.

I wrote: Although it was built on the profits of the Hundred Years War, Nunney Castle does not appear to have been a place of great historical significance, until it was besieged by Cromwell's troops during the Civil War (it capitulated within two days).
So, not particularly good nor particularly evil, but certainly historic.
