Helpful model

Lyme Park, second time in a week.  This time in glorious sunshine.
House, gardens, grounds - in total, just short of 6 miles.
Fabulous views, lovely chats with the volunteers.
We even bumped into an old friend of Corin's who works for the NT at the house.  It was lovely to watch her process who it was...and then to break into a massive smile when she realised.
This lovely creature was very accommodating - it stayed still for long enough for 10 fully focussed shots and when I then walked off, it followed us and landed again.  Beautiful butterfly :-)

Have since walked another 2 miles, done 30 minutes on the exercise bike and another 30 minutes of free weights.  Therefore, I have more than earned my shiraz tonight!
