Pizza

My "signature" dish is my pizza. I craft the crust from scratch with a slow rise method that makes the crust really tasty. My family likes a thin crust and I like it when I get an air bubble or two. This pizza had an onion jam sauce with homemade ricotta cheese and some prosciutto. Delicious!
