New reads

Ran out of things that were calling me to read them so I took some advice from the lovely man at the second hand book stall in Durham indoor market and came away with two new books. Each of these are part of separate series so if they're good i'll have a good few books to read in the near future.

Was going to buy and read a China Mieville book cos a friend recommended it but I seriously suspect he might be a giant arse and I'm not really keen to read the books of a giant arse right now.

Right now; post uni work submission, mid busy period at work I need gritty, funny, engaging yet throw away tartan noir. And that is what I've got.
