Sweet 18

My second-born daughter celebrates her 18th birthday today. She's a beautiful, kind, creative, funny, and thoughtful young woman whom I'm enormously proud of. The last year, in particular, has been extremely challenging for her but she has faced her struggles with strength and honesty. In the next couple months she has a huge hill to climb, but I am confident she can do it and hopeful that she will be pursuing her dream to travel through Australia by the end of the year.
