Discovering Caldicot

Mae ffrindiau gyda ni sy'n byw yng Nghil-y-Coed.  Dyn ni wedi ymweld â nhw yn y gorffennol, ond dim ond yn y noswaith.  Dyn ni'n gyfarwydd â'r ffordd i'w tŷ - a dim byd arall.  Heddiw ro'n ni'n gallu ymweld â nhw yn ystod y dydd ac roedd siawns gyda ni i weld tipyn bach o Gil-y-coed.  Cerddon ni trwy'r ganolfan siopa.  Mae'n fach, ond mae popeth yna - pob math o siop. Y syndod go iawn oedd y castell ac mae'r caeau o'i gwmpas e.  Roedd ardal hyfryd a dawel. Aethon ni i lawr i fwydo'r hwyaid yn y pwyll. Roedd prynhawn gwych gyda ni ac roedd e’n mor dda dysgu mwy am yr ardal.


There are friends with us who live in Caldicot. We've visited in the past, but only in the evening. We're familiar with the way their house - and nothing else. Today we were able to visit them during the day and we has a chance to see a bit of Caldicot. We walked through the shopping center. It is small, but it's all there - every type of shop. The real surprise was the castle and the surrounding fields. It was a  quiet and beautiful area. We went down to feed the ducks in the pond. We had a great afternoon and it was so good to learn more about the area.
