Breakfast
A variation to my favourite breakfast. This is not cooked as pancakes but put into a small microwave dish and cooked for just under 2 minutes. I've added some stewed blackboy peaches. Greek yogurt and a wee drizzle of maple syrup to finish. Very delicious and perfectly acceptable on the Weight Watcher's plan!
