Ouch !

Clearing out the attic in readiness for new insulation to be laid
Almost finished and I tripped over an old monitor that was up there
Hurt my hand,pulled some muscles in my left leg and lower back,thumb nail half off,grazed my right knee and ankle, and now it hurts to walk
And yes I am feeling sorry for myself :(
