Chesterfield canal walk

Walked 13 miles with Sue this morning along the Chesterfield canal from Worksop to Kiveton Park. Saw a massive gold and black Koi carp in the canal and wondered how it got there! The walk went pretty well, and I even had energy to take Teddy for a walk this afternoon with Rafi. No running today, but must go tomorrow.
I'm a bit gutted that it's the end of the Easter holidays,I've got used to the more relaxed mornings.
Pete and Sarah went back home this afternoon, their visit has passed by far too quickly :-(.
