Feathering the nest

This little fella (or lass) and their respective other half have been busy building a nest in my mum-in-law's back garden for the last couple of days. I'm hoping to catch some more shots when the little ones come along, whenever that is. Another sign of Spring springing along.

Photographers love bird shots, and this is my first bird photo of the year. Achievement unlocked!
