Sometimes a Blip presents itself
Another quiet day at home. I'm now reading John Ironmonger's Not Forgetting the Whale and enjoying it. It's another book for the Hexham Book Festival.
I had a gentle walk around the village and then we were off to see Ivan the Terrible, streamed live from the Bolshoi Ballet to our local cinema. It was absolutely terrific and we were completely absorbed by the dancing, the costumes and the set. The other Marjorie came too.
On our way out we discovered that Greenpeace had arrived, ready for the next film. My friend, June, was there, so she was happy to help with a Blip. I have more photos which will do for their website and the local paper.
Easy evening watching Vera.
