The Tamar Bridge
This is the Tamar Bridge... once the longest suspension bridge in the UK when it was first built in 1961. Some of the men building the bridge lodged at my Great Grandmother's house, which was just footsteps away, my Grandfather helped build it & my Mum was the first baby ever to cross the bridge.
Had my first lot of physio for my ankle today. Was rather disappointed as they predicted it is going to be at least another 6-8 weeks from now until I can get back to usual activities & I was hoping it would be a lot less. On the plus side she did say my good ankle was incredibly flexible & "it's not often that you see an ankle like that"...
