Peach Pie

I received a jar of peaches from a gal who works consignment sales with me.  She is famous among us for her peach pies.  I, who have made exactly two other pies in my life, was looking forward to looking really talented when I poured my peaches in my frozen pie crust and made a scrumptious pie. 

Guess what?  It turned out amazing!  Unfortunately I did not get to eat any until the next day because I was working at JBF and then after I was not thinking about pie.  I was thinking only about my oldest son who was at the ER with my husband having his wrist reset and cast.  But more on that tomorrow.
