First of June

We are parked in our bus on the coast road between Taieri Mouth and Dunedin.
When I first looked out there were no clouds in the sky and a frost right to the sea but as the day slipped in more clouds appeared to create a nice sun rise.
After breakfast a surfer appeared, the tide was on its way in again and some good looking waves were developing, I asked him what was the beach called, his answer was i call it Blue Sky Beach! Because on a nice day the sky was always blue! I laughed!! A very apt name as the sky was blue the first we have seen for a few days.
