You Tart

I was reminded by the big girl that I hadn't gotten around to making her mum's birthday cake.  Technically it's a tart.  I made this while packing.  I may find when I open my bag that the leftover icing sugar is in there and my socks are in the fridge.

Tomorrow you can play guess where I am again.

And the wife is uploading again...somewhat sporadically.  This is a cracker.
