Life is hard

This is Mary Monza's sister looking after baby, feeding and working at the same time.
She is an amazing worker and she comes to do the potting on piece work, which means she gets paid for each tube she fills (called potting). Fruit tree seeds are later sown in these tubes. 
When she is working she does well, but there is now a move on the farm to keep her on a full-time basis and train her to do the budding and grafting work as well.
When the baby is not feeding she just sits around and plats with little bits and pieces. Of course the other women take turns carrying her on their backs while working.
