Edgar

Some of you will have read PT's journal for today and will know that today has been a sad day for us all. I can't say it any better than PT has already said either today or last week, suffice to say that we have all lost a huge part of our family.

I wasn't going to post today. I didn't feel like it to be honest. Earlier however I took lots of pictures of Edgar and I happened to catch Isobel mid conversation with him as she photographed him on her iPad. It may seem a little incongruous given the circumstances but the smile on Isobel's face I think highlights what he meant to us all. There weren't many smiles today but Edgar had the habit of bringing us all out in smiles.

He will be missed.
