Wildfire

This is the view of the village from my living room this evening. There's a big wildfire burning on the moor. Thankfully it's well away from any houses at the moment, but the wind is keeping it burning and making it spread, and I can smell the smoke from here. Not a great photo but I could only see the fire from the top of the window, so had to balance the camera on the open window to get the shot!

Michael has gone off to work on the mainland for the week, so it's just me and the animals for a few days.
