Driving back with Millie and fritz

Did the insanity workout with Anne this morning, then drive over to cari's for lunch with her and her chris. He's lovely, chatty, polite, funny. But awkward being called chris, but hey Ho.
Then off to collect Millie from kathy's. She was very pleased to see me and jumped in the car quite willingly.
We stopped at the top of the snake pass to catch the rainbow, but it was fading fast.
