Alive?

These cloths that Ian uses to clean the car remind me of some kind of sea animal - I can just picture them attached to a piece of coral or rock, waving themselves around trying to trap bits of food!

We had another very hot day today after a very chilly start. We actually had to de-ice the car this morning, wasn't expecting that! I think the ice cream van on campus has been doing a roaring trade over the past week or so as everyone adjusts to the hot weather. I have managed to resist its goodies so far, even though it calls to me each time I go by :)
