On the move again.

I would usually object to two days of work-related travel (Aberdeen yesterday, Manchester today), especially as I hardly saw the kids over weekend due to my trip to the Lakes. But given my legs are still tender from the pounding they took at Whinlatter, it's a welcome relief to sit about for a while. Friday brings a Skyline run however...
