Universal Speed Limit

Don't ask me where these signs come from, but they add a bit to the uniqueness of this place. I think it's especially funny since most people try and hit 37 mph when going by a roadside speed detector.
I was going to make this a monomonday, but couldn't get over seeing the scene differently; after all, I walk by it every single day.
