Sweet Taco

I've seen these in markets since I arrived in Bangkok almost two years ago, but this is the first one I've eaten. The "taco shell" is a crispy, slightly sweet cracker that is cooked like a crepe or pancake on a hot griddle. The white fluff tastes like egg whites beaten with sugar until fluffy. The "shredded cheese" is egg yoke cooked with sugar. It ends up dried out and a bit stringy.

The end result is very sweet and tasty.
