Day 8 - Crossing the equator

There was so much happening on the ship on this day but the crossing of the equator was the funniest. People who were crossing for the first time took part in the ceremony where they first had to kiss King Neptune's son - an octopus- before having flour, tomato sauce, cocoa and cream thrown over them! They then all jumped into the pool, where the water turned a chocolate colour, and then the party started with dancing around the deck.
