New Neighbour?

I was given a bird box as a Christmas present in 2014 - some 16 months ago - and still no tenants! But today we had viewings... this chap flew from this lofty perch and had a look around, then flew off again. Let's hope he was sorting out the finer details and arranging the removal firm!
