La Mina Waterfall

Today we said goodbye to Victoria and Bruce as they left for their honeymoon in Curaçao! We hired a mini van and went exploring for the day into the Puerto Rican Rainforest. As I was in charge of directions we accidentally took the scenic route through the windy rainforest road which made everyone a little travel sick! The 30 min walk down to the waterfall was beautiful as was the pools we swam in - a little fresh but worth it! After a picnic lunch we drove to the sea side town Farjado and enjoyed $2.50 beers and $1.70 empanadas for dinner
