A visitor

My Cala lily always seems to attract these little bugs.

Spinning class today, unfortunately the instructor has a bad back, he did take the class, but not on the bike. What he did instead was prowl the room, turning the tension up on the bikes to make us work harder.  He forgets that we are all old enough to be his Mum.  Having said that, I did feel better for doing a much harder work out.
