Let's give this a go shall we...
Dad told me about an app you can down load called 'Couch to 5k'. Over 9 weeks, doing it 3 times a week, you gradually build up to running 5k.
I'm going to try my very best at sticking to this. I don't have a great track record, but I really want to give this a go and see if I can do it.
Tonight was my first go, it went okay. I can already tell my legs are going to be in agony tomorrow!
