Studying (365 mono #242)

I won an auction for a new lens the other day on eBay.  Not really sure why I bought it as I have the range covered anyway and it is only a kit lens (although the better earlier version of this lens, so I hear).  The lens is a Canon EF 28-80mm 3.5-5.6 V USM.   It has clearly been very well looked after.

This is the first shot that I took with the new purchase.  The eldest was studying hard on the laptop before Cubs (and after doing his homework - now that's dedication!).
