Sand in the toes

Definitely the highlight in a day made entirely of highlights.  First dipping of toes in the very cold water, first sand between toes, in fingers, all the other places.  

Spectacular Tantallon Castle, millions (approximately) of gannets, blue sky all day, walks on the beach, lunch outside at the seabird centre, lovely coffee, even a cycle in the evening.  We should have more visitors - great excuse for a day like today.
