mmmm Cakes

I was in the mood for a little baking this evening so after day 3 of 30 day shred (go me!) and after cooking dinner I whipped up these bad boys.

I should have probably used the flash on this one but I didn't - hopefully it isn't too dark.

I did head out to the canal this evening to feed the birds and try to get a snap of them however I realised I forgot the memory card for the camera - oops.

I definitely feel like I have a bit more balance in my life at the minute but also a nagging feeling the next two days are going to be horrendously busy!

For those that are interested these cakes are lemon cupcakes and hopefully they will be enjoyed in the office tomorrow :)
