The Flippin' Bird

This guy appears out of focus because of the distortion caused by the refraction of the light as the sun passed through the water with which he is covered, dripping from head to claw-toes!!

This guy did back flips, some major dives off the high board and went a-snorkelin' in the freshly-filled water dish which he had all to himself.  It doesn't look like that dish was filled to the brim anymore because Freddie the Finch here blew it all out with his antics.  He was one 'wild' bird!

Now he's standing on the lip shaking the excess water off his tiny feathers and looking a bit ragged.  It was an awfully nice day for a bird bath swim and he wasn't going to let the opportunity pass him by!
