Tonight's cuisine...

Couldn't resist this restaurant....what a plucky place and staff to match. They say it's wonderful and who am I to argue.
We're now in Pueblo, Colorado. Tomorrow,  Dallas! To give you an idea of the distance, we will have driven from Paris to Moscow. We're going a day longer when we return because we want to play a day in Santa Fe....it's MsM's birthday...so we'll be driving from Madrid to Moscow returning.
