My dear sister Brens sent this card - it's so perfect I thought she'd had it made!  I'm taking sweet treats in to the office, my work colleague Diana is taking me for an Italian lunch and after work I plan to see this Jamaican History exhib at the OXO Tower - if I still have any energy!!
