An early morning stroll

Took an early morning walk along the coast to watch the sunrise over the mountain . Stopped along the way for breakfast , and chose a fresh fruit platter , being as I had just walked almost two miles I thought I had better make a healthy choice ! Walked further in to town , then dropped by the supermarket to the fish counter and bought some trout and clams , and cooked spaghetti with clams, garlic and shallots with white wine , and barbecued the trout with a side salad for dinner as I watched the sun go down on another beautiful day .
