St Benedict

I don't know whether it was the City or the County that recently carried out works at the crossroads of St Benedicts, Grapes Hill, Dereham Road and Barn Road. I'm not sure of the reason for the works but I think that it might have ben something to do with buses and cyclists. The works took many months to carry out and complete and the end result looks very good but it's not clear to me whether it has achieved any significant improvement in traffic flow, access for buses or safety for cyclists however I do like this piece in recognition of St Benedict.
