I really have gone for it today, not only did I walk to & from work.
After going to the Dentist in Langney I took Smoochi for a walk around Shinewater Lake, but didn't imagine I would walk all the way round it, but I did.
We were stopped by a P.D.S.A. van that was there promoting their Charity by giving free check up's on dog's in the Park, Smoochi needs to clean her teeth more often, but apart from that she was fine. :)
