Soul Kitchen

Weather still very good. Midday run was tough, but I made it round. Still not quite back to normal so not planning any races at the moment, which is frustrating because lots of my favs on over the next few weeks: 20k Lausanne this weekend and then Geneva marathon and semi next.

Mme is out tonight but Lucky has come to stay for a couple of days, so we're going to watch the footie together.
